If you’ve ever felt overwhelmed, frustrated, or confused about your relationship with food, you’re not alone. You don’t have to figure it out alone, either.

This group offers a safe, supportive space to explore the complex connection between food and self.

Whether you're just beginning your journey or have been working on this for a while, you'll find community here. Together, we’ll dive into meaningful topics, uncover your unique patterns and experiences with food, and begin to build a healthier, more empowered way forward.

Why Join this Group?

  • You’re seeking a clear, compassionate framework to better understand how you currently relate to food — emotionally, mentally, and behaviorally.

  • You’re curious about how your past experiences may be shaping your current eating habits, coping strategies, and self-perception.

  • You value a trauma-informed, weight-inclusive approach to food education — one that prioritizes safety, respect, and holistic well-being.

Weekly Topics:

Week 1: Unpacking Diet Culture
Understanding how diet culture has shaped your beliefs, body image, and relationship with food.

Week 2: When Trauma Meets the Table
Exploring how past experiences influence eating patterns and emotional responses around food.

Week 3: Mapping Your Food Story
Piecing together your personal journey with food — the influences, turning points, and patterns.

Week 4: Putting It All Together
Integrating insights, answering your questions, and beginning to rewrite your food narrative.

Meet Christine

  • I am a Registered Dietitian, foodie, gardener, wife, and mom to five amazing kids

  • I have a deeply personal food story, just like you. Mine began with the desire to feed my family well — which led to questions, confusion, frustration, and eventually, clarity

  • I use a trauma-informed lens to support clients in healing their relationship with food

  • I embrace a non-diet, weight-inclusive, and evidence-based approach to nutrition

  • I believe food is more than just fuel — it’s connection, culture, joy, trauma, and personal story.

  • I want to help you find self-compassion and grace on your food journey
