Storywork Training at ReStory
Grow in Storywork, Healing, and Care — Find Your Path with ReStory
The ReStory approach to Storywork is a trauma-informed, narrative-based framework that invites people to engage their stories with curiosity and compassion rather than fixing or rushing toward solutions.
What makes ReStory unique is its integration of story, theology, neurobiology, and soulful presence. Instead of focusing only on behaviors, it uncovers the deeper wounds and meanings formed in early experiences that continue to shape how we see ourselves, God, and others and then looks for the original, deeper story you were meant to live.
Through gentle engagement, individuals begin to identify harmful narratives and reclaim parts of themselves that were lost or shaped by pain. Grounded in ethical care, community, and supervised practice, ReStory creates space for lasting transformation by honoring the story and allowing new, life-giving narratives to emerge.
