You are invited
to tell your story.

Every man’s story is shaped—in ways he often doesn’t realize—by the woman who first named him, nurtured him, abandoned him, or needed something from him. For some men, that influence was steady but costly. For others, it was marked by inconsistency, emotional volatility, or outright harm. Most learned early to adapt—quietly, constantly, and often at their own expense.

A man’s early relationship with his mother influences how he handles responsibility, intimacy, emotion, conflict, boundaries, and even his relationship with his own masculinity. These early patterns don’t disappear with time; they harden. They shape how a man shows up—until he chooses to look at them.

This group is designed for men who want to understand the forces that shaped them so they can move through life with greater clarity, purpose, and strength.

This group offers a structured, respectful environment where
men can:

• Get clear on the dynamics that shaped their development

• Identify where strength was obscured, overextended, or dismissed

• Understand why certain relational patterns keep repeating

• Learn what healthy masculine differentiation actually looks like

• Build a grounded, steady internal presence rather than reactivity
or withdrawal

Men are welcome to share their stories as it serves the work—honestly, without performance, and without pressure.

Who is this group for?

This group is a strong fit for men who:

Carry a persistent sense of
responsibility
or emotional weight

Feel caught between loyalty and
resentment

Struggle to articulate desire or stay
steady under relational pressure

Know their relationship with their mom
was complicated
—and aren’t sure why it
still affects them or their intimate
relationships

Want more clarity and less internal
confusion

Whatever you’re fearing makes this “not the right group” for you—you still fit. Most men come with hesitation or questions about belonging. You don’t need to be further along or more certain; if something in you is stirred or unsettled, there’s room for you here.

What to Expect:

Across five 2‑hour sessions, we’ll engage core themes central to a man’s life—nurture, identity, boundaries, attachment, sexuality, loyalty, and masculine formation.

Each session blends:

Focused teaching shaped by psychology,
theology, and Storywork

Straightforward dialogue without
pressure or performative vulnerability

Practical integration so insights turn
into embodied change

As men engage this process, they often discover greater steadiness, confidence, and clarity emerging from places that once felt confusing or heavy.

Meet Jeremy & Tracy

Jeremy Williamson brings over 25 years of experience working with men on story, trauma, masculine identity, and the places where strength becomes blurred or burdened.

Tracy Johnson brings 25 years of walking with men through story work, masculine formation, and the relational dynamics that shape a man’s internal world. She offers deep wisdom around family systems, attachment, and the complexities of mother–son relationships, helping men see their stories with clarity and courage.

Together, they create a space where men can do substantial work without losing their footing.
