Meet Kirsten

Life has a way of changing us in ways we never expected.

Sometimes it happens gradually, through the demands of education, work, parenthood, marriage, caregiving, or putting everyone else’s needs before your own. Other times it comes in an instant, through betrayal, loss, or a life transition that leaves you wondering how everything changed so quickly. One day, you look around and barely recognize the life you’re living—or the person you’ve become.

If you’ve found yourself asking, Who am I now? Will I ever feel like myself again? I want you to know you are not alone.

I believe that even in life’s deepest pain—and especially in the messy middle where healing feels uncertain—there is hope. Our stories may shape us, but they do not have to define us.

My passion is helping clients untangle the pain, rediscover their identity, and move toward a life marked by peace, resilience, and joy. Together, we will gently explore your story, make sense of what has been lost, and create space for healing, purpose, and lasting transformation.

  • My approach is warm, relational, and deeply collaborative because I believe healing happens when we feel safe enough to be fully known.

    Whether you are rebuilding after betrayal, navigating the changing seasons of parenting, carrying the weight of generational wounds, facing a major life transition, or wrestling with anxiety or codependent patterns, you don’t have to carry it all by yourself.

    My goal is that every session leaves you feeling seen, understood, and equipped to take one more step toward the goodness you hold inside of you.
