  • My core clinical focuses include anxiety, men’s counseling and coaching, life transitions, moral and soul wounds, professional quality of life, trauma, faith deconstruction and/or reconstruction, and recovery from sexual addiction and compulsive behaviors.

I treat my methodology like a toolbox. Inside, I have tools and resources to meet the client in their individual wants and needs. I integrate evidence-based methods like psychoanalysis, CBT, ACT, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy with deeper narrative tools like Past Integration Therapy, Jungian Shadow Work, Self-Authoring, and Storywork.

To make ‘the work’ applicable to everyday life, I also incorporate practical neuroscience to reframe habits and build mental and emotional resilience. If you’re ready to start taking back ground in your heart, soul, mind, and strength, I’m here to walk alongside you.

  • I’ve been working with men in a group and individual context, all infused with Christian themes, for about 7 years. I believe in this approach because I’ve seen thousands of men and women whose lives have been changed by shining the light of truth on the shadows and dark corners of their stories. And I’m not just using therapeutic methods with clients, I use them for myself everyday.

In my free time, I enjoy deepening my understanding of Christian scripture and shared faith history. I have also found that making something with your own two hands provides clarity that cannot be overstated. As such, I work with my hands as often as I can, using leather to make jackets, books, bags, boots and shoes, and a variety of woods to make furniture and other handmade goods.
